• Choose necklace length from 14” to 22". The length option is the TOTAL chain length (including the charm). If you order an 18" chain, the piece will come as CHAIN + CHARM = 18".

All items made to order. Production starts within 12 hours and ships within 24 hours.
P A C K A G I N G 📦 All of our jewelry arrives packaged in durable wood boxes. Our store is responsible for the caused packacing and prodution errors. We aren’t responsible for user errors.
CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS 🔁
Please contact us within 12 hours of submitted the order if you want to make additional changes to your order, If the order has already been started sorry we cannot make any changes on your order.
Please contact us within 6 hours of submitted your order if you want to cancel your order. We need to say that we cannot cancel the order If the order has already been started.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 🔁
For non-personalized orders; Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, we can make refunds for unworn and undamaged jewelry pieces. Because of all items are made to order, we need to charge a 15% restocking cost. Exchanges are not accepted after 7 days of delivery. Shipping cost will be charged from the buyer for second sending.
For Personalized orders; we cannot make a refund if we have not made any mistake on your order.
