Name = Name only 1 line
Name Plus = Name with 2 colors of embroider (example Name in orange with white outline color)
Phrase format = Any phrase, multiple lines of text and different sizes
Image = 3-5 color image only (can simplify images if needed to reduce colors if they are simple enough)
Image + Text = simple 3-5 color Emoji or image plus text
Completion takes 5-7 days from the date order is placed. Larger orders may take a few days longer. Processing time does not include shipping which is an additional 3-5 business days depending on selection.
Images can be attached via message to my shop, however I do stick to simple images with minimal color and details. Please reach out via message if your image is on the border of that.

Once the items are made and have picked up tracking at the post office, I’m no longer responsible for your item. I will work with you in what ever way I can but will not assume responsibility for post office errors.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
International packages will be shipped First Class International Mail which can take from 2-6 weeks to receive. Please be patient when ordering to receive your item and note that there might be VAT OR CUSTOMS CHARGES that may apply upon receipt of the order which the customer is solely responsible for

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.
1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.
2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.
