WHAT HAPPENS AFTER PURCHASE?
We will send a mock up proof within 1-2 days to your email account that you have registered with Etsy.
Please make sure you have a current email on file in your Etsy account.
The sooner you approve your order the sooner it will ship, once mock up is approved, order will move to production which takes 1-2 days to ship (this does not include shipping time)...a delay in proof approval or excessive changes in the design can delay the ship date and require rush fees and upgraded shipping fees to make sure the order gets to you on time.
To ensure we don't miss your important in-hands date, Proofs that are not approved within 2 days will move to final production. We will assume that all of the information you entered at check out is correct.
We can't be responsible for incorrect information (names spelled wrong, dates listed wrong, etc. and yes this happens on a regular basis so please double check your information when entering it) if you have not approved the proof and it moves to final production after 3 days.
All Custom/Personalized Sales are final. We don't offer refunds on products that are customized for you.
