If you spell the name all in capital letters, that is how the name will be embroidered. If personalizing with a monogram, please enter the initials in the following order: First initial, Last initial (larger initial in the center), Middle initial and indicate you want the Monogram style. If personalizing with initial, please enter the initials n the following order First, Middle, Last (all letters same size) and indicate Initial style. 3. Color thread choice - any color of your choice (indicate light pink, hot pink, aqua blue, kelly green, medium purple, white, royal blue, gold, dark purple, golden yellow, lime green…you get the gist…). Shipping is via the UPS. Packages will be shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving payment. We ship within the United States, Canada and internationally. If you disagree with the shipping terms or handling fees, please do not purchase the item.
International shipping - shipping fee is only the cost for us to mail you the item(s). Any brokerage or duty fees/taxes imposed by your Gov't must be paid by you, the buyer, upon delivery of the goods. These are fees not collected by us, the seller, but is a tax imposed by your govt in order for you to accept international items.
