--- DISPATCH & DELIVERY ---
Dispatch times vary depending on the product. Each listing will show an accurate dispatch time prior to purchase. We are unable to refund or cancel orders due to a buyers problem with dispatch time as we must reiterate this is advertised prior to purchase. However, we will always endeavour to get products our as quickly as possible. If you are ordering with a particular occasion or date in mind, we ask you to message us prior to ordering so we can let you know if it will be possible to fulfil your order in time. Changes to dispatch time must be confirmed in writing before an order is placed, we cannot accept any requests following an order being made.
We may extend the dispatch time of your order following your purchase if we have stock shortages. Where this is the case we will always inform you as quickly as possible and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.
Dispatch times do not include time for postage, this is additional and dependant on the service you select.
